Most healthy and happy people that think
"nothing can happen to me". You never know when a medical emergency
will occur. Do you have information such as "emergency contact and phone
number", or "health insurance information"? What if you cannot
communicate, or if you are unconscious? |

Any at-risk adult, with either chronic or acute
conditions, that might result in emergency medical intervention. People
with heart conditions, past heart attacks or strokes,
diabetics, allergies, implanted medical devices, and other medical conditions, benefit most by having their
present medication list, recent EKG, and past medical history available
to emergency medical personnel. |

Adults who have communication issues, such as
stroke patients, poor communication skills, speak only a foreign
language, and chronic conditions that make speaking difficult. |

Children with chronic or acute medical conditions
who may not be in constant proximity to their care-giver, or the
care-giver is not totally aware of
the patient's condition. Children with learning disabilities or on the
autism spectrum. |

People who travel. Being away from home, you may not
have access to the information about your medical history. If you plan to be in a
foreign country, you may enter the information on your
MedDataCardtm in additional languages. This
would make medical evaluation easier in a foreign medical facility. |

Adults who live alone, even if they appear to be fine
health, may incur a medical emergency, where they are not able to communicate,
and do not have an immediate care-giver, their past medical history
becomes available. |

Are You Prepared
In An Emergency |
| |

"This
product is just what the doctor's office needs. So many of
my patients come to the office and have no idea what
medications they are taking, or the results of their last
blood test. This card is a must for aging patients, and
patients with extensive medical history."
